This $ 300 M investment fund contacted us with a strategic plan to invest $ 25 M in Algeria, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry sector, know as Africa’s #1 pharmaceutical market (value). The project consisted in identifying several target leads generating over $ 50 M revenue, approach them and generate a shortlist of every target to our customer. We then organized the “road-tour” during which we organized all face to face meeting between our customer and the different CEOs of the target companies, allowing them to meet over $ 320 million cumulated decision-making power in a single travel to Algeria.
We leveraged our trusted network to enter in contact with the top 10 decision-makers of the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria in less than 1 week, collected financial information and organized face to face meetings for our customer.
This allowed our customer to save several months of calls, e-mails, discussions, travels and maximize the return on invested time while travelling to Algeria in order to meet all the target partners during a single trip.
We have worked on a retainer + success-based fee structure with clear and concrete milestones established by our customer.
