The Belgian company Easyfairs, the world largest privately-owned tradeshow organizer, decided to take majority stakes in an Algerian tradeshow company. As we decided to take stakes in this project with the approval of our customer, we piloted the entire project between the parties, from valuation, to negotiation, to shareholder agreement, to payment, to office relocation, to recruitment and training of the whole management and executive team in Algeria, taking the 3 FTEs acquired company to a 13 FTE business unit with a sustained 35 % CAGR between 2014 and 2019.

We managed a successful M&A for Easyfairs and helped them be the first international tradeshow organizer having brick & mortar office in Algeria, becoming #1 private tradeshow organizer in Algeria (in number of shows, #3 in revenue) in less than 5 years.
